We understand that having too many caregivers can create confusion, especially if there are multiple people coming in and out of your home every day at different times. That’s why ensuring you have the same consistent team of caregivers is important. If your loved one is experiencing late-in-life dementia symptoms or disorientation related to other mental health issues, you can count on us to do our utmost to ensure your same caregiver is caring for you and your home at all times.
In circumstances where you require around-the-clock care, we’ll aim to build you a team with no more than 2-3 caregivers. That way you will always know who is coming and going, and you can rest easy knowing your care team will remain as consistent as possible.
Nurse Next Door wants you to have continual care even if your family and loved ones happen to be out of town. Everyone needs a break to take a vacation. Some may need time away for business travel. This is why we guarantee that your continuity of care will remain intact with support every day even if your family support system happens to be living out of state or is away for a period of time. Even during these times when you require respite care, we’ll be sure to match you with a caregiver who is able to come on a regular basis and is someone with whom you already feel comfortable.
We understand that having a caregiver you trust and feel safe with is even more important when it comes to personal care matters. Situations such as bathing and personal hygiene assistance are much easier when you are with a caregiver you have 100% confidence in and with whom you are totally in sync.
